Pourtant, sa pr\u00e9diction reste complexe en raison de l\u2019h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 des sols. Mon projet vise \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer Vs en combinant des approches g\u00e9otechniques et g\u00e9ophysiques dans les d\u00e9p\u00f4ts marins de LaFlamme, r\u00e9gion du Saguenay Lac-Saint-Jean (SLSJ), Canada. Elle utilisera des donn\u00e9es issues du test de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration au c\u00f4ne sismique (SCPT) ainsi que des techniques g\u00e9ophysiques comme la r\u00e9fraction sismique, la r\u00e9flexion sismique et l\u2019analyse multicanaux des ondes de surface (MASW). En int\u00e9grant ces diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes, elle cherche \u00e0 affiner l\u2019estimation de Vs et \u00e0 mieux comprendre les conditions du sous-sol. Les r\u00e9sultats obtenus contribueront \u00e0 une meilleure \u00e9valuation des risques sismiques et \u00e0 la conception de fondations plus s\u00fbres, favorisant ainsi le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019infrastructures plus r\u00e9silientes dans la r\u00e9gion.<\/h6>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify\">Shear wave velocity (Vs) plays a crucial role in geotechnical engineering and seismic hazard assessment, yet predicting it accurately remains a challenge due to soil heterogeneity. My research focuses on determining Vs using both geotechnical and geophysical approaches in the LaFlamme Sea Deposits of the Saguenay Lac-Saint-Jean (SLSJ) region, Canada. She will analyze data from seismic cone penetration testing (SCPT) alongside geophysical techniques such as seismic refraction, seismic reflection, and multichannel analysis of surface waves (MASW). By combining these methods, she aims to improve the accuracy of Vs estimations and provide a clearer understanding of subsurface conditions.
