Cette \u00e9tude vise \u00e0 identifier les principales sources de salinisation des eaux souterraines du Saguenay\u2013Lac-Saint-Jean en quantifiant les m\u00e9langes entre diff\u00e9rents p\u00f4les hydrog\u00e9ochimiques. Des diagrammes (binaires, ternaires) et des analyses statistiques ont permis de confirmer les p\u00f4les existants. Pour estimer quantitativement leur contribution, la m\u00e9thode M3 (Multivariate Mixing and Mass balance) a \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9e. Cette approche, bas\u00e9e sur l\u2019analyse en composantes principales (ACP), d\u00e9termine les proportions de m\u00e9lange en utilisant des d\u00e9terminants de matrices. Un algorithme Python a g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 15 m\u00e9langes synth\u00e9tiques \u00e0 partir de quatre p\u00f4les issus de la litt\u00e9rature pour tester la m\u00e9thode.
